It was good nothing special typical Italian spot, I was not overly impressed with the food. Service was good, our waitress was really good. We have been here a couple of times now, not sure we would return unless someone else wants to eat there.

I was hoping to like this place, but wound up hoping to like this place on the list of newly closed restaurants...  The manager and server seemed to be terrified of the owner who was working in the kitchen.  The owner refused to remove my meal from the bill though it was not eaten.

Not only would I love to see this place fail, but I'd love for the owner to suffer a financial tsunami for not learning the most basic rule for a service restaurant...give good service.  May anyone who reads this and still be silly enough to visit for the first time..."I told you so" in advance.

To the owner... may your restaurant be one of the few that Robert Irvine or Gordon Ramsay abandon because you're too dumb to learn how to run a business and too hard-headed to update your cheesy decor with the plastic plants and dust-covered light fixtures.  May your future bankruptcy teach you a lesson, hopefully after your kids are old enough to not depend on you and after your staff wisely find jobs at any place with standards.

I took my mom here for Mother's Day. What a mistake. I've included pictures to show you the quality of food- which is poor. I wish I would've taken a picture of the inside because it was equally as disappointing. Old diner-like chairs with cheap, tacky wall decor/art. It felt dirty. The food was something I'd expect at a bar. I was so embarrassed that my mom drove 2 hours to eat bar food. I ordered the "lasagna" as my entree and it was a bowl of slop. Literally NO pasta/noodle? Really confusing. The appetizers we ordered- fried pickles which were disgusting and buffalo chicken dip. (Keep in mind this is supposed to be an Italian restaurant- why are these the best appetizers on the menu?)
Anyway, the waitress was nice and that is the absolute only reason for even 2 stars.

I like the food but the service leaves a lot to be desired. I tired to give the benefit of the doubt to the waitress who was also working the bar but really they should have given her more help running food, etc.  I had Chicken Nicole which was a delightful dish of chicken breast, roasted red peppers and Gorgonzola.  My BF had chili wings which were generous in size and he said they were exactly as expected with the right amount of tang.  The prices are very reasonable for the quality and Portion size of the food.  The atmosphere is good and there are plenty of TV's from which to choose if you decide to eat in the bar area.  Likely will be back again, as there aren't many selections in Washington which serve a variety of dishes.

Convenient location. Not what I would consider "authentic Italian" though. Their menu is limited, but they do usually have specials. Seafood chowder had good taste, but you could tell it was all artificial crabmeat and heavy cream. Bread was yummy and warm, and my eggplant parm was made with light cheese (which I asked for) wine selection is very, very small.
